Hi there! I’m Scott O’Leary, the Founder of Audiology Mentors. I’m thrilled you’ve taken a moment to learn about our Story
35 years ago I began my career as a clinical audiologist. It has taken many twists and turns , but I’ve always been passionate about my patients, my work and my relationship with my colleagues. I am fortunate to be able to look forward to getting up each day and getting to work.
As social media has brought us all closer together I’ve been seeing more and more of my colleagues struggle with their careers, their happiness, and their mental health. I’ve reached out to as many as possible to offer whatever assistance I can, but more work needs to be done. So I founded Audiology Mentors
